Levittown's Klosner Will Miss Season Friday, August 9th, 2041 Boris Klosner will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Levittown starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Klosner was injured while throwing a pitch in the Blue Dragons-Bulls clash at Belleville Field recently. Doctors said he has a torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 14 months. To date this season, Klosner has registered 1 starts, 2-2 won-lost mark, 5.64 ERA, 44.2 IP, 33 strikeouts and 30 walks. Opposing teams have hit .307 against him. |
