Buffalo, Northern Virginia Make Trade Sunday, August 4th, 2041 The rumor has been out there for a while now and today it was made official. The Buffalo White Walkers have sent 19-year-old minor league RHP Drees de Lijser to the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids for 37-year-old RHP Yeon-kyu Kim. Northern Virginia will retain a portion of Kim's remaining contract. This year Kim has made 13 relief appearances, pitched 20.1 innings, and fashioned a 1-2 record with a 3.98 ERA. He has recorded 5 saves, struck out 13, and allowed opposing clubs to hit .237 when he is on the hill. |
