Patriots Win Another One

Boston played host to Hollywood at the friendly confines of Dunkin Donuts Park.
Boston Patriots starter Nicky Bogdan was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Hollywood Shredders, 6-3. In 5.1 innings, Bogdan surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 3. He allowed no runs.
Jon Osterman went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Boston. The slick-fielding center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the second. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Tony Alfonso. It was his 3rd RBI of the season.
"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Bogdan.
The hot start continues for the defending champion Patriots, who took their 13th win in 19 games this year.
