Host White Walkers Drop Pivotal Game , Now Trail Series -

The New Orleans Voodoo moved to within one game of the Round 2043 today, downing the Buffalo White Walkers on the road at Beyond the Wall by a score of 6-2. Voodoo designated hitter Danny Trautmann was named player of the game after he was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The win gives the Voodoo a - advantage in the best-of- Round 2042.
In the top of the first, Trautmann pounced on a 2-1 changeup from Dusty Fox and hit a 2-run home run. It put New Orleans on top, 2-0.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said New Orleans manager Chase Sims.
The next game is scheduled for tomorrow in Buffalo. The scheduled starters for the game are Mike Donovan for New Orleans and Kent Good for Buffalo.
