|
Quebec City starter Ronald Fritz put a stranglehold on the Capital Hill offense. The right-hander had complete command of his changeup in leading the Baby Blues to a 5-0 win. Quebec City is 4th in the Silver R with a record of 44-38.
The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Henny Moree didn't flinch. With the bases loaded and Capital Hill trailing 2-0, Moree retired Gabriel Gonzáles to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Moree, with a wink.
