Shockers Suffer 7-1 Setback
Quebec City Baby Blues starter Tadamichi Chikafuji turned in a top-notch performance against the Surprise Shockers at ïAbbots Ballpark. The result was a win for the Baby Blues, 7-1. Bill Gould was credited with the save for Quebec City, his 1st of the season. The Baby Blues bumped their record to 27-17 with this latest triumph.

Quebec City needed the clutch hitting of Harry Wheelock to notch the win. The left fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Baby Blues on top, 3-1. For the game, Wheelock had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"It feels good to get this one," Chikafuji told the Quebec City Gazette.
