Dodge Field was the site of a tense game between the Twinsburg Tigers and Montgomery Biscuits.

The Montgomery Biscuits racked up a win at Dodge Field, bumping off the Twinsburg Tigers, 3-1. Orinosuke Oshiro, who started for Montgomery, pitched effectively for his team. The winning pitcher was Oshiro, now 2-0. He tossed 8 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 6.

The outcome might have been different for Montgomery, had it not been for Anthony Roosemont, the 19-year old center fielder . Roosemont stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Montgomery up, 2-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Twinsburg skipper Morton Kelly, "and it cost us."
