Biscuits Topple Cajuns with Late Rally

The Montgomery Biscuits did just enough to secure a 5-4 victory over the Crowley Cajuns at Titans Ballpark. Nobody did more than center fielder Anthony Roosemont, who captured player of the game honors. Félix Torres earned the save for Montgomery, his 6th of the year. Montgomery is last in the Premier R with a record of 23-50.
Roosemont had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-2 fastball from Kane Hallworth, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Biscuits a 5-2 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Roosemont.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Roosemont. "And not try to do too much."
