Tigers Win Streak Now at 7

The Twinsburg Tigers extended their winning streak at Dodge Field.
Hicksville got a terrific performance from catcher Pedro Costa, but it wasn't enough to beat the Twinsburg Tigers. Twinsburg won the Dodge Field contest, 7-4. Costa was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The winning continues for Twinsburg, with the latest making it 7 straight.
One of the key players for the Tigers was center fielder Alex Kelley, who drilled a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the third inning. For the game, Kelley was 1 for 5 with a triple.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Kelley. "And not try to do too much."
