Greenville Wins 2-1 to Continue Red Hot Start
|
In a low-scoring clash between Greenville and Colorado, pitcher Jesús Silva was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned player of the game honors for Greenville in the 2-1 win. The 84s, now 15-4, have hit the ground running this season.
The 84s got a big at-bat from center fielder Lung Chaim. For the game, Chaim was 1 for 3 with a home run. In the top of the sixth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Greenville a 1-0 lead.
