Sun Helps Galesburg Cruise to 11-2 Win
The Galesburg Guzzlers coasted to a win over the Chicago Gold Sox, 11-2. Ching Sun had a good day at the plate for Galesburg. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Galesburg reliever Vasquo Lousada was credited with the win, to go to 8-1. Dennis Henry took the loss for Chicago. At 50-39, the Guzzlers find themselves in 5th place in the Premier A.

Paul Kelly made an early impact for Galesburg when he stroked his 18th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which came with one out in the top of the second, put the Guzzlers on top, 2-0.

"We did a lot of things right," said Kelly.
