Guzzlers Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
Galesburg got an elite performance from starting pitcher Christoffer Langvardt in taking a 4-1 decision over the Lake Erie Arryns. The 4th-place Guzzlers now have a 7-game winning streak.

Galesburg used a timely hit from David Maddox to get the win. The second baseman delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the 11th inning to put the Guzzlers on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Langvardt told the Galesburg Chronicle.
