Browns Continue Skid Thanks to Qing, Evergreens
|
The Portland Evergreens bested the Cleveland Browns, 7-3, at Factory of Sadness. An-te-hai Qing was named player of the game. He was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The win gives Portland a record of 8-5.
Qing had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 2-1 changeup from Tim Walker, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Evergreens a 4-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Qing.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Qing.
