Tula Win 2-1 Walk-Off
|
There was no shortage of dramatics at Ramblers Ballpark today.
The Tula had to overcome a good performance from Tennessee pitcher Kevin Hamm to claim a 2-1 win at Ramblers Ballpark. Hamm went 9 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The Tula saw their record improve to 13-9.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Chicago third baseman Kenny Dixon, facing Costanzo Miniato, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Tula the 2-1 win.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Dixon said after the game.
