Asmus Sensational for Torch
|
It was a good time at Torch Field, where fans came to watch the Myrtle Beach Seahawks and Mancelona Torch get after it.
Mancelona Torch starter Otton Asmus had all his pitches working at Torch Field. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-0 Mancelona win over the Myrtle Beach Seahawks. Mancelona now has a 3-game win streak.
The Seahawks had little chance against Asmus, who overpowered Myrtle Beach hitters and struck out 13.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Asmus said after the game.
