Grim played host to Laredo at the friendly confines of The Coffin.
Jim Rigsby helped his team muscle past the Laredo Hawks, 5-3. In the game, the Grim third baseman went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Leo Cassidy got credit for the win, improving to 3-0. He allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 3.1 innings. Gabriel Leeds finished the game for Grim and earned his 15th save.
Grim took a 3-1 lead on Rigsby's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Patrick Le Gall in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Grim to the win.
Rigsby attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
Their 25-15 record puts the Reapers second in the Silver A.
