Mangos Come Up Short at Niagara Falls

Kingston got a terrific performance from pitcher Vicente Castro, but it wasn't enough to beat the Niagara Falls Expos. Niagara Falls won the Waterfall Park contest, 2-1. Castro was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 5 innings allowing 2 runs. Earning his 2nd save for Niagara Falls was Ricardo Corona. The Expos are off to a tough start, getting just their 3rd win in 16 games.
Jim O'Neal, the Niagara Falls designated hitter, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth inning to make the score 2-1, Expos. For the game, O'Neal was 1-2 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs.
