Idaho Falls center fielder Gavin Okel had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Kennesaw Jets, 9-7. Stan Rose picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-0. Jeremy Williams was tagged with the loss. Idaho Falls has an impressive 25-11 record.

Had Okel not come through in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have changed. Instead, with two down, Okel hit a 2-run home run. The Chukars never looked back after taking the 9-7 lead.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Idaho Falls manager Sherwood Baker.
