The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks and Irving Blue Sox lit up the scoreboard at Blue Sox Ballpark.

Ft. Polk South second baseman Olkhovsky Gennadiyevich had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 12-8 win over the Irving Blue Sox. Masaki Ito, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 2.2 innings.

Ft. Polk South took a 10-8 lead on Gennadiyevich's 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Rich Young in the top of the seventh, propelled Ft. Polk South to the win.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Gennadiyevich.
