Men Continue Skid Thanks to Sinor, Supernovas
Another game, another loss for the struggling Florida Men.

The Scranton Supernovas topped the Florida Men by the score of 9-3, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Robby Sinor. Sinor went 3-5 with 3 doubles. He scored 2 times and drove in 5 for the Supernovas. Albert Karlier got the win, improving to 4-2. He held the Men to 2 earned runs on 2 hits over 6 innings, while striking out 6 and walking 5.

Sinor contributed a big hit, a bases-clearing double, for Scranton in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 2-1, Sinor took a slider from Tim Sharp and stroked the double to left-center. His 41st double of the season allowed the Supernovas to leap in front, 4-2.

"Been a rough stretch for us," said Florida manager Joseph Fish.

The Men, now 29-70, have lost 9 straight.
