Golden Cranes Get Win, Extend Streak to 4
|
The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes topped the Florida Men, 7-1, in USSL Triple A action at Psychos Ballpark. The player of the game was Santa Barbara pitcher and Niagara Falls, Canada native Toddster Gordo. Santa Barbara has now won 4 games in a row.
Santa Barbara relied on the hitting of Juan Ibarra to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a grand slam home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Golden Cranes on top, 7-0. For the game, Ibarra had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
