A 5-RBI performance from Jin-yong Myung, who is tied for 5th in the SAAA in home runs with 18, helped the Tortolita Drummers beat the Vermont Lake Monsters, 11-3. Tortolita reliever Noe Toepfer picked up the win, upping his record to 5-1. Maximiano Agostinho took the loss. Tortolita is 43-51 and Vermont, with the loss, 41-53.

Myung put Tortolita up, 6-3, when he hit a grand slam home run off Maximiano Agostinho in the bottom of the fourth. His 18th home run of the season helped the Drummers capture the win.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Myung said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
