Pitcher Chris Holland was sensational for the Cleveland Browns in his team's 6-1 triumph over the Hollywood Shredders. Holland received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Things have gone south in a hurry for the defending champion Browns, who notched only their 3rd win in 8 games.

Cleveland relied on the hitting of Sadatake Abe to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Browns on top, 2-0. For the game, Abe had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"We looked pretty good up and down," said Cleveland manager Greg Diersing.
