Men Come Back Late to Clip Golden Cranes
The Florida Men got a strong performance from pitcher Tim Sharp, who stymied the Santa Barbara offense en route to a 6-2 win at Crane Field. Florida, at 23-51, occupies last place in the Silver AAA.

Florida used the timely hitting of Juan Barrón to capture the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Men on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but he made it count.

"It's good to win," Sharp told the Florida Gazette. "I like to have fun doing it."
