Lake Monsters Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win
In a tight contest at Crane Field, the Vermont Lake Monsters edged the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes by the score of 4-3. Vermont left fielder Todd Strachota, who blasted 2 home runs, was named the player of the game. Alfonso Hadalgo was called on to finish, recording his 8th save. Vermont has run its win streak to 4 in a row.
