Shredders Top Browns in Extras
|
Hollywood Shredders starter Lloyd Natoff turned in a sterling performance against the Cleveland Browns, leading his team to a slim 2-1 win. Reliever Hwa-pyung Yi picked up the win. His record improves to 3-1. Stephen Palmer took the loss. Hollywood is now 34-23.
The result might have been different for Hollywood, had it not been for Brandon Graybill. The second baseman produced a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Shredders ahead, 2-1. For the game, Graybill had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"We'll savor this win," Natoff told the Hollywood Chronicle, "then get ready for the next game."
