Bloomington Longnecks starter Domingo Montémayor was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Sacramento Redlegs, 6-3. Tom Peña recorded his 5th save for Bloomington. The Longnecks now own a record of 47-41.

Sinclair Bothof put Bloomington in front, 5-0, when he hit a 2-run home run off Tim Owens in the top of the third. It was his 1st home run of the season.
