Loss to Starks Extends Port Royal Losing Streak

It was a good time at Stark Stadium, where fans came to watch the Port Royal Disaster and Syracuse Starks get after it.
Akke Derksen helped his team muscle past the Port Royal Disaster, 6-4. In the game, the Syracuse left fielder was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Port Royal has now lost 7 straight.
Syracuse took a 6-4 lead on Derksen's 16th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Maurice Hilliard in the bottom of the seventh, propelled Syracuse to the win.
