The Sacramento third baseman scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Picking up the save was Larry Benítez, his 13th. The Redlegs improved to 36-48.
Maxim Abeele was vital part of the Sacramento win. He went 2 for 4 with 2 singles. In the top of the fifth with one out, Abeele hit a run-scoring single. It made the score 5-3, in favor of the Redlegs.
"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Lacasa told the Sacramento Bulletin. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
