Ft. Polk South third baseman Tora Tora played a vital role in his team's 12-8 triumph over Irving. He went 3-4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for Ft. Polk South. Zack Coffey closed the door for Ft. Polk South, picking up his 1st save of the year. With the win, Ft. Polk South pushes its record to 3-3.

Marc Hayman, who is rated as the 14th best prospect by BNN, helped out the Ft. Polk South cause in the bottom of the second inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the designated hitter drove in one run.
