Austin Black Mambas starter Mark Collingwood was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Milton Dogfish Head, 6-3. Bobby Roode was called on to finish, recording his 19th save. Milton has now lost 4 straight.

Armando Viña had a big run-scoring single for the Black Mambas in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Austin leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a slider from Nick Hayes and stroked the single to center. It was his 70th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Black Mambas ahead, 2-0.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Viña told the Austin Observer.
