Chicago got a terrific game from catcher Fortunato Rasquinha. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Hollywood, 7-5. Rasquinha was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Hollywood's record now stands at 22-12, placing them second in the Premier League.

Hollywood left fielder Johan Kroening contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fourth. With two down, he hit a fastball into right-center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 35th hit of the season and put the Shredders ahead, 6-3.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Kroening said.
