Dogfish Head Overcome Gem from Soto, Pull Out Win
The Dogfish Head had to overcome a good performance from Hamilton pitcher Luis Soto to claim a 8-6 win at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. Soto went 0 innings and allowed no earned runs. Milton, now 2-4, is off to a slow start.

The outcome might have been different for Milton, had it not been for Lawrence O'Neal, the 26-year old first baseman . O'Neal stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put Milton up, 7-6. For the game, he was 2 for 3, including 1 double and 1 single.

In comments to the Milton Gazette, O'Neal admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
