The Sioux Falls Red Pandas defeated the Austin Black Mambas, 12-2, at The Bamboo Forest. Sioux Falls designated hitter Noah Bushby was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 4 times and drove in 3. The win gives the Red Pandas a record of 3-0.

Daniel Lindsey had a chance to do some damage in the top of the eighth. With Austin trailing 12-1, Austin had the bases loaded. Lindsey hit a sacrifice fly. But it was not enough. Austin would not finish the comeback.
