The Sioux Falls Red Pandas began the 2041 season with a convincing 8-3 win over the Austin Black Mambas at The Bamboo Forest. Most impressive was Sioux Falls center fielder Puck Schit, who was 3 for 4 with 2 triples and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

Noah Bushby, the Sioux Falls designated hitter, contributed a 2-run double in the bottom of the fifth inning to make the score 5-3, Red Pandas. For the game, Bushby went 1 for 5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It feels good to get this one," Bushby told the Sioux Falls News.
