Dirty Reds Suffer 11-7 Setback
Cattlemen center fielder Kolby Hay put his stamp on his team's 11-7 win over the San Mateo Dirty Reds. Hay was 2-3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for Ft. Worth in the contest. Ft. Worth, at 48-54, sits in 5th place in the Silver League.

With Ft. Worth leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Hay came up to bat against San Mateo pitcher Travis Morgan. Hay hit a fastball to center for a 3-run home run. His 19th home run of the season put the Cattlemen on top, 5-0.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Ft. Worth manager Scott Thompson.
