3R Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Wednesday, September 26th, 2040 He may only be 20, but Rick Baker of the Bompton Baby Lakers has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the M3L Rookie. The reliever was today named the 3R Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2040. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 4 saves in 21 relief appearances and 85 strikeouts in 75 innings. He had a record of 7-3 to go with his 1.68 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Pei Fa of the Canonniers de Quebec finished second in voting, while Noah Birkbeck of the Bompton Baby Lakers finished third.
