SR Top Skipper is Álvarez of Ballard Thursday, September 27th, 2040 Edgardo Álvarez, skipper of the Ballard Beavers, was voted 2040 USSL Rookie Manager of the Year and accepted the award earlier today. He guided Ballard to second place in the Silver R with a 58-38 record. "I'm very happy about this," he said at the press conference, "But I'm more happy about what my boys did on the field. They battled their butts off for me all year. They should get the credit." |
