Yano Goes 5-for-5 Against Crowley Tuesday, September 4th, 2040 Fort Knox center fielder Takahashi Yano had a big day at Titans Ballpark today against the Crowley Cajuns. The 19-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-5 and led the Centennial to a 8-7 triumph over Crowley. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Yano said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." Takahashi Yano walked in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
