Playoffs? No Chance for Crescent City Sunday, August 26th, 2040 The Crescent City Krewe have a new opponent: mathematics. The Krewe still have games to play in their disappointing 2040 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Krewe were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. Crescent City last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 20 times in their 25-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Krewe have missed the playoffs 6 times. Crescent City last won the PL AA Championship in 2034. |
