Bnard: Big Hit in the USPL Double A Monday, July 2nd, 2040 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USPL Double A, but last week Beco Bnard of the Ithaca Fighting Imps reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Bnard rocked opposing pitching for a .474 average (9-for-19), 2 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Bnard is presently hitting at a .262 pace with 2 home runs, 20 RBIs and has scored 23 times. |
