5-for-5 Game for Argelander Tuesday, June 26th, 2040 Fans at Marquette Stadium got to see not only a home-team victory today, but also one of the most impressive feats of hitting of the season. The Marquette Miners outplayed the Athletic Club KC Academy en route to a 11-1 win, but the standout was center fielder Eduard Argelander. Argelander netted 5 hits in 5 at-bats and finished with a dynamite game line. "Hey, we tried everything we could think of to get him out," Athletic Club KC Academy manager Rich Folger said in his postgame comments. "We threw everything but the kitchen sink against him and he hit it. Maybe we should've thrown the sink, too." Eduard Argelander hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
