Red-Hot September Lands González Batting Prize in 3AA Monday, October 1st, 2040 When Carlos González stepped up to the plate in September he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the M3L Double A Batter of the Month award. The young Providence center fielder posted a .347 batting average with 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 14 runs. González also worked pitchers for 11 walks to post a .475 on-base percentage. González's career batting average stands at .227, and he has 16 home runs. |
