Player of the Week Trophy to Dumitru Monday, September 3rd, 2040 Northville Eclipse right fielder Mihai Dumitru had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the M3L Double A named him Player of the Week. Dumitru banged out 7 hits in 19 at-bats on the way to a .368 batting average. He also racked up 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This season Dumitru is batting .319 with 112 hits, 13 home runs, 80 RBIs, .393 OBP and has scored 51 runs. |
