Alindogan Gone for Season in Richland
Friday, August 24th, 2040
The season is finished for Phillam Alindogan of the Richland Rails. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Rails starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Billings Polar Bears. Team doctors said it would take at least 14 months to heal.
Over the season Alindogan has thrown 59.2 innings and dished out 57 strikeouts with a 2-3 mark and a 3.77 ERA.
