Baton Rouge Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 1st, 2040 There might have been some flickers of hopes of a playoff berth at some point during the season, but those flickers have been snuffed out. The Baton Rouge Brass were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Brass have missed the playoffs 21 times in their 25 years as a USPL Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2035. In the last 10 seasons, the Brass have missed the playoffs 6 times. Baton Rouge last won the PL AAA Championship in 2036. |
