Powell Earns SL Player of the Week Monday, September 17th, 2040 The Buckhead Bowties received word today that first baseman Spencer Powell was selected United States Silver League Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Powell took full advantage of all 14 plate appearances last week as he hit .583 with 7 hits, 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season Powell is batting .308 with 15 home runs. His totals include 57 RBIs and 53 runs scored. |
