Steve Compton Hurt, Out for Year Wednesday, September 5th, 2040 The Myrtle Beach Seahawks were dealt a blow today when reliever Steve Compton left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Compton has suffered a ruptured finger tendon and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. This year his season stats show Compton has 2 saves in 35 relief appearances with a 5-0 record and 1.57 ERA. |
