Hakui Guns Downs 15 Reapers Sunday, May 6th, 2040 Kenzaburo Hakui of the Mancelona Torch put on a pitching clinic today at Torch Field as he struck out 15 Grim Reapers in a 2-0 victory. Hakui was simply magnificent as he held the Reapers to 2 hits. He walked 2. "I felt okay at the beginning," Hakui said, "but eventually my splitter really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Hakui's performance, Torch manager Charles Schmidt shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today.
