Correa Jr. 5-for-7 for Reefers Saturday, July 16th, 2039 The Cape Coral Reefers stopped the Louisiana Dragoons by a score of 7-5 at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium today, with the lion's share of the credit going to right fielder Cristo Correa Jr.. The 21-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Correa Jr. said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Correa Jr. did just that in his 7 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Dragoons. "Not much that I can say," offered Louisiana manager Bob Dickerson. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Cristo Correa Jr. grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 11th, singled in the 13th, struck out in the 15th and walked in the 17th.
